Wines of Cadaval

The culture of the vineyard is an indicator of high quality wine production.

From extensive vineyards that cover the sunny slopes of Montejunto and gentle sloping stretch across the valley are laboradas about 7,200 tons of grapes, which give rise to excellent regional wines.

The largest production and marketing of the wine produced at the county is in charge of two cooperatives wineries, however the private producers are beginning to have a prominent place in respect of wines produced.
