If you want to start this adventure, you should first found an expert guide. But if you already have experience in this sport, the Serra de Montejunto has much to offer.
This is an activity that can be practiced in some of the existing slopes. However, given the fact that they are also nesting sites of birds, it is suggested that its practice is not undertaken during the months February to July, as it coincides with the breeding season of these birds, highly sensitive to the approach of strangers.
The practice should also be monitored by qualified technicians in order to avoid possible accidents.
